There is likely a bug in Task 3 (Use the Google Cloud Speech API). Uploaded file can not be verified by the auto grading mechanism.

Task 3 cannot be completed according the reference lab provided. And finally found the solution from discussion that API call is not accepted and have to use "gcloud ml speech recognize-long-running". Please update the lab
