I had to manually edit the metadata to be application/json for Task 3 & Task 4 to check. That's not clear considering that we have to name the file .result which automatically sets it to a different type when you gsutil cp over to cloud storage

Good lab - but there is a lack of troubleshooting hints. There is a potential problem when checking the results in a json file placed in GCS. The file type in GCS must be "application/json". When copying files using gsutil if the name of the file is not ".json" the type of the file is not set correctly. And the lab forces you to have a file name wihtout "json" extension (ie task4-cnl-275.result). So the checker breaks and there is no feedback around why it fails.

There is a problem when validating outputs of Speech-to-text API and Cloud Natural Language API in GCS - Or I did something wrong in which case there should be some troubleshooting hints (permissions? zone? wrong path?)
