I am writing to report a critical bug in the challenge lab GSP323: Perform Foundational Data, ML, and AI Tasks in Google Cloud. Specifically, the issue occurs in Task 4: Use the Cloud Natural Language API. The instructions provided in the localized Spanish version of the lab require the user to analyze the following translated text: "En antiguos escritos nórdicos se describe a Odín como una persona con un solo ojo y de barba larga, que a menudo lleva su lanza llamada Gungnir y viste una túnica y un sombrero ancho" However, the automated grading script for this lab has not been updated to accept the entities extracted from the Spanish text. The validation script strictly looks for the entities generated from the original English text (e.g., "Old Norse texts", "cloak"). Because of this, if a user correctly follows the Spanish instructions and uploads the resulting JSON to the Cloud Storage bucket, the platform incorrectly marks the task as failed. The only way to pass the task is to ignore the Spanish instructions, manually find the original English text, and run the API analysis on that instead. This causes a lot of unnecessary frustration and wasted time. Please escalate this to the content team so they can either update the validation script to accept localized outputs or revert the translated instruction to explicitly require the English text. Thank you,
