The entire time was consumed only by task 1 - to run Dataflow job. Infor assigned was too slow to even complete this job. The job was lagging far behind the completion status by the end of the lab time :(

For the Speech-to-Text and NL API, I uploaded the results to GCS but the Lab isn't able to validate them. Second time around, I waited about 15 mins before pressing the progress button which worked.
