I hate this lab!!!!!!!! There is so much required that is not covered in the quick labs. I have attempted it three times now and with the time that it takes to provision the resources and look up all the directions that were missed in the learning path, I am still unable to complete it in the maximum time limit. I finally was able to get all but task 3 completed. I tried several methods for uploading the json file. I even tried enabling the Text-Speech API and using the console to create the file. I could hear the file, access the transcription, and was able to see that the file was properly named and in the properly named bucket. Nothing worked!!! FINALLY COMPLETED - Just under the time limit.
