Creating the cluster didn't work

Challenge lab could not be completed due to Google Cloud resource availability issues. Dataproc cluster creation repeatedly failed in us-east1 with n2d-standard-2 as required by the lab instructions. Tried multiple zones (us-east1-b, us-east1-c, us-east1-d), but received "ERROR: (gcloud.dataproc.clusters.create) Operation [projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-353e7991f2a1/regions/us-east1/operations/7872edf9-14b3-3e47-b9a3-10e7102e3e58] failed: Error Code: UNAVAILABLE, errorSource: COMPUTE_ENGINE, Error Message: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-353e7991f2a1/zones/us-east1-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later." errors. This appears to be a platform capacity issue rather than a configuration error.

Spent 45 minutes getting a "Not enough resources available" error on Task 2. Had to go back and delete the job from Task 1 in order to proceed.
