The Dataflow job failed multiple times due to ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED in us-east1-c. This seems to be caused by limited Compute Engine resources in that zone rather than configuration issues. Multiple retries were required to proceed.

instructions are outdated, jobs dont finish if jobs are taking more than 40 minutes to run then maybe dont check if the job is finished to pass maybe just check the config set and if its running
