Very useful and informative. But some inaccuracies, steps 37-38 are incorrect as this info is no longer on the page. Step 71 has it correct though. Also, I'm wondering why a user with only EC2 permissions is allowed to alter the password policy?

Makes sense. There's a lot of different permissions to choose from. Why not teach users to use the filters?
