The dashboard spun for a long time and I let it go as I assumed everything wasn't started. Then I was out of time and told I had to start the lab again - spend more credits to continue. So no I am not satisfied at all with this process. Seems geared to ensure people have to continually purchase more credits.

Not very. There were numerous issues with broken links, failure to connects, and I never was able to connect to my running AWS service due to timeouts.
