Could not complete the LAB.. Putty was not able to connect.. 30 mins is very less time to connect...

Does not explain how to connect other than saying SSH. For someone unfamiliar with the term, or users on Windows machines taking the lab, this does not give them enough information. Instructions for using PuTTY for example, would have been greatly beneficial.
