Consider opening up more connect time for first-timers to explore the various help screens and options available at each step. 30 minutes is way too short for that, IMO.

Tough I get this error after launching (I've followed exactly through the steps): Launch Failed This account is currently blocked and not recognized as a valid account. Please contact aws-verification@amazon.com if you have questions. Also tried the free tier What went wrong, please help! Thanks and regards, Dennis.
