Ok, Somehow I was confused to know how to proceed, should I click on start lab or follow the onscreen flow.... But somehow I choose start lab and later realized I should have followed on screen instructions.

Excellent Lab NOTE: Some of the instructions are off but only in terms of the button names, very small things but can still intuitively be found.

Thought the lab would get a bit deeper into EC2 configuration, didn't realize how targeted to complete beginners it was but seems well-suited to that purpose. Seems like some terminology has changed since the lab was written and the current state of EC2 UI.
