The directions do not always match the interface that you need to navigate. In particular, the directions on how to download the PEM file are HORRIBLE - there is no "Connect tab"! It took me so long to locate this that the lab timed out and required me to "purchase" it again in order to get a second chance. Please, please, clean up the directions and extend the timing - or better, take away the timing altogether. I ask you, what's the point of making someone nervous with a ticking clock when they're trying to learn something?
