there’s 2 step 15s and the transition from 15 to 15 doesn’t include clicking the add button. downloading the PEM file should occur before 19 (I paused here for a while since I didn't yet have the PEM file) it'd be better to ask the user if they're using windows, OSX or linux to connect. then collapse the unrelated sections
