I had a problem earlier: not setting the tag properly (I left the value field empty). When I clicked launch, I was given a failure error. I wish there would be an error log telling me what went wrong.

quite a lot. I did have to drop back to experience to set the pem permissions, and work out the ssh access on my Mac. I don't have the openCli program, so I'm using straight ssh. Still I got here.
