The pdf interface for reading the lesson is not user friendly at all, trying to read it on the screen and do commands is a recipe for major frustration. This is a lesson, one should be allowed to print it out so they can follow the print out and perform the lesson on the screen. I have three monitors at my desk and found this very frustrating to work with ( I could only imagine what it would be like on a laptop). The content was good, but as a PhD student with a lot of class experience, I found it very unfriendly for the student to work through.

Very helpful! Can you include the steps to launch instance from command line as well. This was given as TIP, but steps were not mentioned.
