The console launched successfully this time, but I ran into another problem with the key, so I guess I have to run this lab again.

I'm got an error, "This account is currently blocked and not recognized as a valid account." when I tried to launch the instance (Step 21). I don't really care much about the two credits/dollars that I lost on this, but I also had problems launching the console for the lab twice before... The console didn't launch successfully, but I was charged anyway. It launched successfully this time, but problem I mentioned above is going to mess up THIS attempt at doing the lab, as well. I'd like those (three, total) credits back, if I can get them. I emailed support about this.
