I was successfully able to launch AWS Linux Server, but when I tried to connect server via putty and with PPK file I'm getting 'connection not established' message.

I was able to successfully create and start an E2C instance, however I was not able to ssh to it using the public key PEM file that was provided during startup. Here is the output: joe@joes-laptop:~/Downloads$ ssh -i /home/joe/Downloads/ecs2.pem ecs-user@ec2-54-245-186-54.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com Permission denied (publickey).
