one slight confusion with our customers. on the step about security groups it says "leave the default security group" - or something like that. this has been forcing customer to select the option to select another - the default security group, rather than the option to "create a new security group". this then meant their instance was connected to the default security group - and port 22 was not open. therefore.....i think the instructions need changing slightly to say "select the option - "Create a new security group".
