Spend more time clicking around than actually getting to look at stuff because of the timer. You can't really investigate stuff while in the lab where you can do no damage because of the time limit. 1h would be a better timeout than 30m. Just my 2 cents.

Tips should be placed so that they are read while you are on the same page as the item the tip is referencing. The way it reads currently, you are instructed to move to the next screen in the wizard, and then the tip tells you what you could have done on the screen you just left. Place the tip before instructing the user to move to the next screen.
