The Instance would never start due to insufficient privileges on the awsstudent login which was provided by the training.

there is a slight ambiguity at the launch step where it warns you if you don't have the key you won't be able to connect but guide says proceed. later on it mentions you can download that key from connection tab but it would be proper to tell beforehand that you will provide the pem file so we can disregard the warning.
