The time allocation is a bit rush as there are two issues occurs - one is the storage allocation mentioned is small which we received warning message the configuration is not eligible in "free-tier", cost me some time to read though and go back to correct to "Micro". And later is the putty usage where the authorization file setup is not obvious which took me more time to identify the exact location.
