server refused our certificate. I used the PPK from QuikLabs and the public DNS. Wasted two tokens on a broken lab. Had high hopes for QwikLabs. I need this training so I do hope you can overcome this and restore my faith in your product so I can trust to spend more of my valuable training time with QwikLabs. Three tries now. This time I tried connecting using Linux and Windows. Both cases the cert is refused. PEM on Linux and PPK on Windows. I was finally able to connect using Linux with the PEM file I downloaded from Amazon. Neither the PEM nor the PPK downloaded from QwikLabs will work.
