The first instance never started up ... the console showed it as continually 'pending', finally 'terminated'. After 10 minutes I had to start a second. Also, how do I remove the terminated/useless VM from the console listing?

The very last step, within Putty, I was told my access is denied due to the Public Key. I don't know how to get around that.
