encryoption key is not working under task 3. It is broken and only gives "12 Precondition Failed" error again and again even after follwong instructions correctly.

Using CSEK was automatically set to disabled and setup did not indicate it needed to be set to enabled.

There isn't anything about enabling an option with keys when you make a bucket. Without that you meet an error and you cannot really do anything but restart a lab or make another bucket so like restarting a lab but without new credential and wasted time
