Have to abort. Not able to login to isolatedvm, permission denied (public key) error. Not able to resolve. Additionally, startup.sh script in the bucket not available. Have to copy it from google cloud site and proceed.

startup.sh file in the gs bucket is missing so manually copying a new startup.sh file from https://cloud.google.com/vpc/docs/special-configurations#step-3a
