I am quite disappointed. Quest "Building High Availability and High Bandwidth NAT Gateways" has two blocker issues. The NAT gateway instances does not have Python, so the startup script fails. Moreover the natfirewall Firewall is created in default network instead of example-vpc, so it does not open the health check ports for the NAT gateways.

some issues with the routing. eth0 is not correct for the default linux distribution. python2 is also missing
