Testing of high availability NAT did not work - PING command did not succeed. The "gcloud beta compute instance-groups managed set-autohealing " resulted in "WARNING: This command is deprecated and will not be promoted to GA. Please use `gcloud beta instance-groups managed update` instead." Then the instance groups become unhealthy on the console
