While doing the lab google cloud said it didn't have resources available to fulfill the request. Was able to follow along until the deploying spinaker part through helm it would fail because the cluster couldn't ever be fully created. Waste of lab credits

in this version of spinnaker, i did not see the external ip in the front end. i could find it with kubectl get services
