Useful, however the last section didn't work. cat <<EOF | kubectl create -f - etc... should consider being a bit more prescriptive on this. Futzed around but kept getting error: unable to recognize "STDIN": no matches for kind "Deployment" in version "extensions/v1beta1".....

This labs steps are out of date with versions found in gcloud. I had to do several internet searches to complete the lab. The extensions/v1beta1 appear to no longer work in gcp and need tobe replaced with apps/v1
