"Task 3 has a major sync delay. Even after enabling the Speech-to-Text API and removing Key Restrictions, the API continued to return 403 errors for several minutes. In a timed lab, this propagation latency makes it impossible to finish. The 'Check My Progress' button is too rigid and doesn't account for these backend delays. This lab needs a 'Force Enable' step at the start to prevent timing out."
