Not bad, but in cloud build process i've some errors: ERROR: google-cloud-resource-manager 0.28.4 has requirement google-api-core<2.0.0dev,>=1.6.0, but you'll have google-api-core 0.1.4 which is incompatible. ERROR: google-cloud-resource-manager 0.28.4 has requirement google-cloud-core<2.0dev,>=0.29.0, but you'll have google-cloud-core 0.28.0 which is incompatible. ERROR: google-cloud-translate 1.3.3 has requirement google-api-core<2.0.0dev,>=1.6.0, but you'll have google-api-core 0.1.4 which is incompatible.
