Worked in the end... seems it only passes the last check if no mistakes are made. Even if the mistakes were fixed, application deployed correctly and site visited after failing the last checkpoint, could not get the last tick to work. On a flawless run it passed all.

no exported variables, so could not finish lab. second time, i could see my running pods, access the quiz site using the external IP, still not passed on the last check... great
