Getting the wrong credentials: "2023/06/04 07:06:50 couldn't connect to "qwiklabs-gcp-03-72ece71deae3:us-central1:griffin-dev-db": x509: certificate is valid for 1-bfc6fa59-9bbf-4afc-be83-7c277878f3b0.us-central1.sql.goog, not qwiklabs-gcp-03-72ece71deae3:griffin-dev-db", is caused by a bug in sql-proxy. Using a newer version solves this.
