activity tracking function for task 3 is pretty bad: not only it doesn't "see" a precise rule for IAP and tagged bastion VM (needs to apply to all and from 0.0.0.0/0 - pretty bad practice), but also requires opening access FROM production network, which is completely unnecessary.
