cluster did not create within 25min, lab not possible with available time second approach: after 40min cluster creation time: zones/us-east1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request.

I keep getting an error saying the resource pool is used up and I am unable to create a Bastion host. This is the last lab I have to complete to be done with the whole program and it will not work for me.
