Cloud SQL proxy image in the deployment config needs to be updated to a newer version - otherwise wordpress can't connect to sql database resulting in an error at the endpoint

buggy lab. Connection name is a long string on the web at the sql instance but to use that gce-proxy:1.33.2 needs to be used. I guess with the "default" image version only the sort version of the sql server name ("griffin-dev-db") should be used but this is not what in the instruction
