The penultimate step will not pass, despite following the steps exactly. I deserve a refund with a half-baked course that does not make it clear why it is failing.

ERROR: build step 2 "gcr.io/cloud-builders/gcloud" failed: step exited with non-zero status: 1 ERROR: (gcloud.run.deploy) You may not have more than 32 total instances in your project.

Deploy to Cloud Run gives ERROR: (gcloud.run.deploy) You may not have more than 10 total instances in your project. You have to limit it to 1 only then it runs.
