Reserving a static IP from VPC external ip page conflicts when creating a VPN and creating static IP from there. The lab should finish in 10 mintues and it took me almost the full time to figure out what was the issue

While creating vpn-1, the GCP interface did not allow me to select the vpn-1-static-ip that I had created in the previous step. So I deleted the one that I had created and got GCP to create one for me from the VPN creation page itself. This did not happen when I created vpn-2. There, I was able to select vpn-2-static-ip. It would be good if there was a note in Qwiklabs stating this.
