The console does not display / allow to change/remove public IP when the VM is stoped. I searched for a will and finally got access to public IP management after I restart the VM.

The protocol gcprocks is not availale anymore. If the IKE2 protocol is used, the pre-shared key generated for the tunnel1to2 must be used when configuring the tunnel2to1, or the status would be stuck.
