Task 3: 12. Notice that External IP is set to None for the server-1 instance. Feel free to SSH to server-2 and verify that you can still ping the server-1 instance's internal IP address. You won't be able to SSH to server-1 from the Cloud Console but you can do so from Cloud Shell using Cloud IAP as described here. I am still able to SSH into server 1 after I removed server 1's external IP address.

Where it says to set the External IP addr for server-2, it says to click on "Start" and then "Start" again?! I'm assuming we need to restart the machine, but that's not clear. Will the IP be updated w/o restarting?
