Lamp stack not deploying despite following all steps

I am currently working on a Qwiklabs lab titled Deploy a LAMP Stack with Google Cloud Marketplace. However, the LAMP Stack deployment is consistently failing and does not complete even after waiting for over 30 minutes. Due to this issue, I am unable to finish the lab within the allotted time. Could you please help investigate and resolve this problem?
