The insights section broke. Somehow got 100% (?)

When trying to use the insights feature, BQ sent me an error about an invalid argument, but no additional info was provided, so there was no way to solve it. -- I've tried a second time, but the results are the same and now I can't ask for help from the support team while in the lab :(
