i could not create a big table instance after logging in. it said i do not have permission to do so. thus I was unable to do anything with the given session

cbt command line kept showing warning about credentials not being set. Couldn't work out how to set credentials in the .cbtrc file. Google Cloud console doesn't seem to have man pages for cbt or .cbtrc
