that was my first time to use google cloud this way, it takes some extra time to understand things (including ui and using platform), you should ask the user about his/her familarity level, and give time accordingly, 1 hours was good for newbie like me, but initially i thought that i completed 40% in 45 minutes, so may be it took more time to complete 100%, but now i realised all that time goes to understant the platform (but at that 15 minutes remaining, i get nervous)
