Everything said to do things in us-west4-a but the bucket can't be made in that zone, it needed to be regional. Cloud Run is regional not zonal.

"Please create the required Cloud Run Function which executes every time an object is created in the bucket." is always returned for the step 3 and it's very unclear what's missing, as the function is there and works.
