The check of Task 3 is unresponsive. I had a Cloud Function created and it would create the thumbnail file yet the check won't react to anything. I also needed to enable Eventarc API, it should have been done during the setup process, cause then Eventarc trigger UI confuses the students. To make it a proper bucket-based Eventarc trigger, I needed to wait till Cloud Console reacts to Eventarc API be enabled
