The lab was telling me that the check failed but the thumbnail was generated after the upload, the source code and node version matched, and the trigger also worked. There is nothing else that could be done. The checking is definitelly looking for the outdated integration (without Eventarc perhaps?) because the UI in console now exclusivelly uses the Eventarc one.
