There is a bug with the Task 3 grading script due to the recent Google Cloud UI update. If you create the function using the new unified 'Cloud Run' console, the thumbnail will generate perfectly, but the grader will still fail you because it is strictly checking the old Cloud Functions API. To pass this check, you must bypass the UI and deploy the function using the Cloud Shell CLI (gcloud functions deploy ... --gen2). Please update the validation script to recognize modern Cloud Run service deployments!

Please note the given region and zone creation of GCP bucket is not possible and with just the region creation and topic messages are publishing the given cloud run functions button is not able to recognize the given cloud run function.
