event from cloud storage does not have bucket in it at higher level you need to pull bucket name from event.resource.labels.bucket_name and file name is not within the event you have to get from event.protoPayload.resourceName and then split it on "/" and at(-1) to get file then the script will work but the test to pass fails Cloud Run Function not setup. The directions to implement cloud function dont work and told to use cli but that's not documented in the task so will always fail it using console. lots of problems even https://medium.com/@willtorber/set-up-an-app-dev-environment-on-google-cloud-7f11ee1efd88 is problematic
